Terms and conditions of promotion
"2+1"
§1 GENERAL PROVISIONS
1. The organizer of the "2+1" promotion, hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion," is Zeme Pharm Anna Mrowińska, al. Jana Chrystiana Szucha 3 lok. 2, 00-580 Warsaw, REGON 300281484, e-mail: customercare@samarite.pl (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").
2. The "2+1" promotion will be valid from September 11, 2025, to September 18, 2025, 11:59 PM ("Validity Period"). 3. The Promotion is held in the online store located at https://samarite.eu/pl ("Online Store").
4. Customers will receive information about the Promotion, its rules and dates on Instagram @samariteoriginal and in the newsletter.
§2 CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION
1. Any Customer (a natural person with full legal capacity or a Consumer – Entrepreneur) who places a single order during the Promotion Period, purchasing two of the following identical products: Samarité Supreme Cleanser, Samarité Divine Acid Peeling & Mask, Samarité Divine Elixir, Samarité Divine Secret Serum, Samarité Divine Cream, Samarité Divine Anti-Wrinkle Booster, Samarité Supreme Balm, and Samarité Angel Hair Shampoo, may participate in the Promotion.
2. As part of the Promotion and upon fulfillment of the conditions described in §2 section 1 of these Promotion Terms and Conditions, the following product will be added to the Promotion Participant's cart: A third product, identical to the one selected by the Participant, is added at a promotional price of PLN 0.01 (in words: one grosz).
3. The product listed in §2.2 is added to the Customer's cart only after placing at least two identical products listed in §2.1 of the Regulations in the cart.
4. Regardless of placing more than two of the same product in the cart and purchasing the products listed in §2.1, the Promotion Participant is entitled to only one product identical to the one selected by the Promotion Participant at a price of PLN 0.01. The Promotion Participant may select several different products indicated in §1, each in the amount of two, and will then receive a third additional product, identical to the one selected, in the amount of at least two products, at a price of PLN 0.01.
5. The Promotion is valid only when the Participant makes purchases via the website https://samarite.eu/pl
6. The promotional offer cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts offered by the Organizer; in particular, it cannot be combined with with a discount granted in connection with the Newsletter subscription.
7. These Terms and Conditions are the sole document defining the rules of the Promotion. All content contained in advertising and promotional materials regarding the Promotion is for informational purposes only.
8. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary. Before participating in the Promotion, Participants are required to read the Store Regulations. Participation in the Promotion constitutes their simultaneous acceptance of the provisions of the Store Regulations and the Promotion Regulations.
9. If the Participant returns the products referred to in § 2, section 1 of the Terms and Conditions and thus fails to meet the condition referred to in § 2, section 1 of these Terms and Conditions, the Participant must, regardless of the withdrawal from the contract regarding the returned goods, return the product that could only have been obtained by purchasing the goods during the Promotion period. This does not apply if, after withdrawal from the contract, the condition of receiving a third identical product for PLN 0.01 from the Organizer is still met.
§3 FINAL PROVISIONS
1. The provisions of these Terms and Conditions do not violate or limit the right to make a complaint related to the warranty or guarantee specified in the Online Store Terms and Conditions available at https://samarite.eu/pl/page/regulamin-sklepu or other generally applicable provisions of law.
2. The rules for handling complaints and returning products purchased under the Promotion are specified in the Online Store Terms and Conditions available at https://samarite.eu/pl/page/regulamin-sklepu
3. The rules for processing the personal data of Promotion Participants are specified in the Privacy Policy available at https://samarite.eu/pl/page/privacy-policy
4. The Promotion Terms and Conditions are available on the store's website: https://samarite.eu/pl in the "Promotion Terms and Conditions" tab. 5. If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is deemed unlawful, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable to the extent permitted by law, then to the extent that such provision is unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, it shall be excluded and deleted. The remaining provisions of the Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect, and shall remain binding and enforceable.
5. The Promotion Organizer reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions in the event of a material reason, understood as:
a. a change in the law governing the rules and organization of the Promotion, significantly affecting the rights and obligations of the Organizer and Promotion Participants;
b. a shortening of the Promotion period, in particular due to the exhaustion of stocks of products covered by the Promotion;
c. a change in the method of conducting the Promotion due to technical or technological reasons.
6. Customers will be informed of any changes to the Terms and Conditions in accordance with the provisions of § 1, section 4 of the Terms and Conditions. 8. The Regulations come into force on September 11, 2025.
"OPINION DISCOUNT"
§1 GENERAL PROVISIONS
1. The organizer of the promotion titled "OPINION DISCOUNT," hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion," is Zeme Pharm Anna Mrowińska, al. Jana Chrystiana Szucha 3 lok. 2, 00-580 Warsaw, REGON 300281484, e-mail: customerservice@samarite.eu (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").
2. Promotion Period:
"OPINION DISCOUNT" Promotion from July 9, 2025, to August 31, 2025, 12:00 PM ("Validity Period"). 3. The Promotion is held at the online store located at www.samarite.eu ("Online Store").
3. The Promotion includes a gift in the form of a discount code for purchases at the www.samarite.eu store and the Samarité Forest Island located in the Westfield Mokotów Shopping Center at 12 Wołoska Street in Warsaw, on products listed in these terms and conditions. Information about the Promotion, its rules, and deadlines will be sent via email in connection with placed orders (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotional Offer").
4. The awarding of a discount code is determined by the appearance of a review in the Organizer's system, sent to customercare@samarite.eu by the end of the review period, i.e., by August 31, 2025. The Participant will receive the discount code in feedback to the email address from which they submitted their review of Samarité cosmetics in the form suggested in the leaflet.
§2 CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION
1. Any Customer (an individual with full legal capacity or a Consumer-Entrepreneur) who posts a review of the Regenerating Cream made from Samarité Divine Cream and Samarité Supreme Balm ("Regenerating Cream") and submits their review in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the Promotion Terms and Conditions ("Participant") may participate in the Promotion.
2. Promotion Participants will be entitled to a prize for submitting a review of the Regenerating Cream to the address provided in the Promotion Terms and Conditions, meeting the requirements defined in section 4. Participants are entitled to a 30% discount on the following products offered in the Online Store: Samarité Supreme Cleanser, Samarité Mini Supreme Cleanser, Samarité Divine Acid Peeling, Samarité Divine Elixir, Samarité Divine Secret Serum, Samarité Divine Cream, Samarité Grand Divine Cream, Samarité Divine Anti-Wrinkle Booster, Samarité Divine Skin Perfector SPF 50, Samarité Supreme Balm, and Samarité Mini Supreme Balm, provided they enter the code specified in the Terms and Conditions.
3. The discount code is awarded to each Participant once and sent to the address provided by the Participant by August 31, 2025, or to the email address from which the Participant submitted their review, regardless of the number of reviews submitted by the Participant.
4. Reviews of the Regenerative Cream should include one or more sentences regarding, among other things, the effects of the Regenerative Cream, the final effect, and/or the Customer's experience while using it. 5. The Organizer reserves the right to publish opinions of its choosing.
5. These Terms and Conditions are the sole document defining the rules of the Promotion. All content contained in advertising and promotional materials regarding the Promotion is for informational purposes only.
6. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary. Participants are required to read the Terms and Conditions before participating in the Promotion. Participation in the Promotion constitutes their simultaneous acceptance of the provisions of the Terms and Conditions.
7. If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is deemed unlawful, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable to the extent permitted by law, then to the extent that such provision is unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, it shall be excluded and deleted. The remaining provisions of the Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect, and shall remain binding and enforceable.
8. Each Participant is entitled to participate in the Promotion once during its validity period. 10. The Promotion Organizer reserves the right to amend the Promotion Terms and Conditions in the event of a material reason, defined as:
a. a change in the law governing the rules and organization of the Promotion, significantly affecting the rights and obligations of the Organizer and Promotion participants;
b. a change in the method of conducting the Promotion due to technical or technological reasons, including shortening or extending the promotional period.
§3 FINAL PROVISIONS
1. The provisions of these Terms and Conditions do not violate or limit the right to make a complaint related to a warranty or guarantee, or other generally applicable provisions of law.
2. The rules for handling complaints regarding products/promotional campaigns purchased as part of the Promotion are specified in the Online Store Terms and Conditions, available at www.samarite.eu.
3. The Promotion Terms and Conditions are available on the store's website: www.samarite.eu in the "Promotion Terms and Conditions" tab.
4. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the relevant provisions of the Online Store Terms and Conditions at www.samarite.eu and generally applicable provisions of law shall apply.
5. These Terms and Conditions enter into force on July 9, 2025.
"Divine Sheet Mask"
§1 GENERAL PROVISIONS
1. The organizer of the "Divine Sheet Mask" promotion, hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion," is Zeme Pharm Anna Mrowińska, al. Jana Chrystiana Szucha 3 lok. 2, 00-580 Warsaw, REGON 300281484, e-mail: customercare@samarite.pl (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").
2. The "Divine Sheet Mask" promotion will be valid from April 1, 2025, to May 31, 2025, 11:59 PM, or while supplies last ("Validity Period").
3. The Promotion is held in the online store at www.samarite.eu. ("Online Store").
4. The Promotion includes a discount on the products indicated in §2 of these Promotion Terms and Conditions****, which are available in the Online Store.
5. Customers will receive information about the Promotion, its rules, and dates on the store's website and in the Zeme Pharm Customer Newsletter.
§2 CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION
1. Any Customer (a natural person with full legal capacity or a Consumer – Entrepreneur) who purchases Samarité Divine Elixir 150ml during the Promotion Period, either as a standalone product or as part of a set offered by the Online Store, may participate in the Promotion by entering the code specified in the Terms and Conditions.
2. If a minimum of one of the products listed in §1 is purchased and the code "Sheet Mask" is entered, the Customer will be entitled to purchase up to 3 Divine Sheet Masks (dry sheet mask) for PLN 0.01. 3. The Divine Sheet Mask (3 pieces) referred to in § 2, section 2 of the Terms and Conditions is available to Promotion Participants (regardless of the number of Products purchased) only after placing the product listed in § 2, sections 1 and 2 of the Terms and Conditions, entering the discount code, and finalizing the order.
3. The Promotion is only valid if the Participant makes purchases via the website www.samarite.eu.
4. The promotional offer is combined with the discount granted in connection with the Newsletter subscription.
5. These Terms and Conditions are the sole document defining the rules of the Promotion. All content contained in advertising and promotional materials regarding the Promotion is for informational purposes only.
6. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary. Before participating in the Promotion, Participants are required to read the Store's Terms and Conditions. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and the Promotional Terms and Conditions. 7. Each Customer may return any purchased Product in accordance with the terms set forth in the Store Regulations.
§3 FINAL PROVISIONS

6. Customers will be notified of any amendments to the Terms and Conditions in accordance with the provisions of § 1, section 4 of the Terms and Conditions.
7. The Terms and Conditions enter into force on April 1, 2025.
„NEWSLETTER"
§1 DEFINITIONS
1. Organizer - Anna Mrowińska conducting business under the name of Anna Mrowińska Zeme Pharm with registered office in Warsaw, Al. J. CH. Szucha 3/2 (00-580), NIP: 9680876255, REGON: 300281484.
2. Goods/products - a movable item or movable items being the subject of an agreement of sale in the Online Store and covered by the Promotion;
3. Promotion - an offer for the sale of Goods under the "NEWSLETTER" promotion, prepared by the Organizer according to the rules indicated in the Regulations below.
4. Participant - a Consumer or Prosumer who purchases Goods under the Promotion;
5. Consumer - a person who purchases the Goods without direct connection with his/her business or professional activity (according to Article 221 of the Civil Code).
6. Entrepreneur-consumer, Prosumer - a person who performs legal actions with the Organizer directly related to his/her business activity, when the content of this legal action indicates that it is not of a professional nature, resulting in particular from the subject of the business activity performed by the entrepreneur-consumer, available in the Central Register of Business Activity (CEIDG);
7. Store - online store www.samarite.eu
8. Rules and Regulations - these Regulations specifying the terms and conditions for the purchase of Goods in the Store under the Promotion.
§2 PRINCIPLES OF THE PROMOTION
1. The Promotion Participant is entitled to a discount of 15% on care products currently available in the Store.
2. The discount is calculated from the current regular prices in force at the Organizer after the Promotion Participant enters the discount code received after signing up for the Samarité newsletter.
3. The Promotion covers Goods currently available in the Store, being the subject of the Store's offer not covered by any discount or promotion.
4. Clients will receive information about the Promotion Action, its rules in the newsletter.
5. Participation in the Promotion is determined by the date of conclusion of the sales agreement in the Store.
6. The Promotion applies to the purchase of Products only through the Store after simultaneous entry of the discount code made available in the e-mail sent after confirming the e-mail address when signing up for the newsletter. In particular, the Promotion does not include Goods sold by intermediaries or distributors.
7. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary. Participant is required to read the Terms and Conditions before entering the Promotion. Participation in the Promotion implies simultaneous acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
8. The promotional offer shall not be combined with other promotions or discounts offered by the Organizer.
9. Each Participant is entitled to participate in the Promotion once during the Promotion period.
§3 FINAL PROVISIONS
1. The Promotion Regulations are available on the website of the Store: samarite.eu
2. These Terms and Conditions are the only document defining the rules of the Promotion. Any content contained in advertising and promotional materials relating to the Promotion is for information purposes only.
3. The provisions of these Regulations do not affect or limit the right of complaint relating to warranty or guarantee or other generally applicable law.
4. The rules for handling complaints and return of products purchased under the Promotion are set forth in the Regulations of the Online Store, available at www.samarite.eu in the Promotion Regulations tab.
5. Matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the relevant provisions of the Regulations of the Online Store www.samarite.eu and generally applicable laws.
6. The rules of processing personal data of Promotion Participants in connection with the use of the Promotion are described in the Privacy Policy on the website www.samarite.eu .
7. The Promotion Organizer reserves the right to change the Promotion Terms and Conditions in case of a material reason understood as:
a. change of legal regulations governing the rules and organization of the Promotion significantly affecting the rights and obligations of the Organizer and Promotion participants;
b. shortening of the term of the Promotion related in particular to depletion of stocks of products included in the Promotion;
c. change of the manner of conducting the Promotion due to technical or technological reasons.
8. The Regulations shall come into force on 20.11.2023.
