Terms and conditions of promotion

„CHRISTMAS"

§1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The organizer of the promotion called "CHRISTMAS", hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion" is Zeme Pharm Anna Mrowińska, al. Jana Chrystiana Szucha 3 lok. 2, 00-580 Warsaw, REGON 300281484 e-mail: [email protected] (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").

2. The promotion called "CHRISTMAS" will be valid from 12-19 December, 2024, till 23:59 (the "Term").

3. The place of the Promotion is an online store operating at samarite.eu (the "Online Store").

4. The promotion includes a discount of 20% (in words: twenty percent) on all non-discounted products listed in § 2 section 1 of the Promotion Regulations, which will be available in the Online Store.

5. Customers will receive information about the Promotion, its rules and dates on Facebook and Instagram @samariteoriginal and in the newsletter

§2 CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION

1. The promotion participant may be any customer (a natural person with full legal capacity or a consumer – entrepreneur) who purchases at least one of the listed Samarité products offered by the online store during the promotion period: Divine Acid Peeling, Divine Elixir, Divine Secret Serum, Divine Cream, Divine Anti-Wrinkle Booster, Divine Skin Perfector Spf 50, Supreme Cleanser, Supreme Balm, Mini Supreme Balm.

2. A Promotion Participant who purchases one of the products listed in § 2 section 1 of the Regulations in the Online Store is entitled to a 20% discount from the price indicated in the Online Store at the time of purchase.

3. The discount referred to in § 2 section 2 of the Regulations is granted to the Customer (regardless of the amount of purchases) only after placing selected products listed in § 2 section 1 of the Regulations and entering the "CHRISTMAS" discount code by the Promotion Participant.

4. The promotion is valid only if the Customer makes purchases through the samarite.eu website.

5. The promotional offer cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts offered by the Organizer, in particular it is not combined with a discount granted in connection with the subscription to Newsletter.

6. These Terms and Conditions are the only document defining the rules of the Promotion. All content contained in advertising and promotional materials regarding the Promotion is for informational purposes only.

7. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary. Before joining the Promotion, the Participant is obliged to read the Store's Regulations. Participation in the Promotion means simultaneous acceptance of the provisions of the Regulations and the Promotion Regulations.

8. Each Participant is entitled to take part in the Promotion once during its term.

§3 FINAL PROVISIONS

1. The provisions of these Regulations do not violate or limit the right to a complaint related to the warranty or guarantee specified in the Regulations of the Online Store available at samarite.eu or other generally applicable laws.

2. The rules for handling complaints and returning products purchased as part of the Promotion are set out in the Online Store Regulations, available on the samarite.eu

3. The rules for the processing of personal data of Promotion Participants are set out in the Privacy Policy available at https://samarite.eu/pl/page/privacy-policy

4. The Promotion Regulations are available on the store's website: samarite.eu in the "Promotion regulations" tab.

5. If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is held to be unlawful, invalid or otherwise unenforceable to the extent provided by law, to the extent that such provision is unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted, and in the remaining scope the provisions of the Terms and Conditions shall be in full force and force and effect.

6. The Promoter reserves the right to change the Regulations in the event of an important reason understood as:

a. change of the law regulating the rules and organization of conducting the Promotion significantly affecting the rights and obligations of the Organizer and the participants of the Promotion.

b. shortening the validity period of the Promotions related in particular to the exhaustion of stocks of products covered by the Promotion.

c. change in the manner in which the Promotion is conducted due to technical or technological reasons.

7. Customers will be informed about changes to the Regulations in accordance with the provisions of § 1 section 4 of the Regulations.

8. The Regulations start on December 12, 2024.

"ANGEL"

§1 GENERAL

1. The organizer of the promotion called "ANGEL", hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion" is Zeme Pharm Anna Mrowińska, al. Jana Chrystiana Szucha 3 lok. 2, 00-580 Warsaw, REGON 300281484 e-mail: [email protected] (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").

2. The promotion called "ANGEL" will be valid from 12.12.2024. until 31.01.2025 until 23:59 or while stocks last ("Term").

3. The place of the Promotion is the online store operating at www.samarite.eu. ("Online Shop")

4. The Promotion includes a discount on products indicated in §2 of these Promotion Regulations, which are available in the Online Store.

5. Customers will receive information about the Promotion, its rules and dates on the store's website and in the Newsletter dedicated to Zeme Pharm Customers.

§2 CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION

1. Any Customer (a natural person with full legal capacity or a Consumer – Entrepreneur) who purchases any of the following products during the Promotion Period with the subject of the Online Store's offer may participate in the Promotion: Samarité Divine Acid Peeling, Samarité Divine Elixir, Samarité Divine Secret Serum, Samarité Divine Cream, Samarité Divine Anti-Wrinkle Booster, Samarité Divine Skin Perfector SPF 50, Samarité Supreme Cleanser, Samarité Supreme Balm, Samartié Box Divine Secret Serum, Samarité Supreme Help Kit , Samarité Magic Key, Gift Set Divine Elixir and Cream, Gift Set Divine Cream and Supreme Balm, All Set while entering the code indicated in the Terms and Conditions.

2. In the case of purchasing at least one of the products listed in paragraph 1 and entering the code "Angel" at the same time, the Client will be entitled to purchase Samarité Angel Hair Shampoo 100ml for 0.01 C with a value of 48 USD

3. The discount referred to in § 2 sec. 1 and 2 of the Terms and Conditions is available to the Promotion Participant (regardless of the number of Products purchased) only after placing the selected products listed in § 2 section 1 and 2 of the Terms and Conditions, entering the discount code and finalizing the order.

4. The promotion is valid only if the Participant makes purchases via the www.samarite.eu website

5. The promotional offer is combined with a discount granted in connection with the subscription to the Newsletter.

7. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary. Before joining the Promotion, the Participant is obliged to read the content of the Store Regulations. Participation in the Promotion means simultaneous acceptance of the provisions of the Terms and Conditions and the Promotion Regulations.

8. Each Client may return any of the purchased Products in accordance with the rules set out in the Store Regulations.

9. If the Participant returns the products referred to in § 2 section 1 of the Terms and Conditions and thus does not meet the condition referred to in §2 section 4 of these Terms and Conditions, the Participant should, regardless of the withdrawal from the contract for the returned goods, return the products which could only be obtained by purchasing the goods during the Promotion period. The above does not apply to the situation when, after withdrawing from the contract, the condition of receiving products from the Organizer for the amount of C 0.01 is still met.

§3 FINAL PROVISIONS

1. The provisions of these Terms and Conditions do not violate or limit the right to file a complaint related to the warranty or guarantee specified in the Terms and Conditions of the Online Store available at https://samarite.eu/pl/page/regulamin-promocji or other generally applicable provisions of law.

2. The rules for handling complaints and returning products purchased under the Promotion are specified in the Terms and Conditions of the Online Store, available on the Store's website: https://samarite.eu/pl/page/regulamin-sklepu

3. The rules for the processing of personal data of the Promotion Participants are set out in the Privacy Policy available at https://samarite.eu/pl/page/privacy-policy

4. The Promotion Terms and Conditions are available on the store's website: www.samarite.eu in the "Promotion Regulations" tab.

5. If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is determined to be unlawful, invalid or otherwise unenforceable to the extent provided by law, then to the extent that such provision is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted, and to the remaining extent the provisions of the Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect and shall continue to be binding and enforceable.

6. The Promotion Organizer reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions in the event of a material reason understood as:

a. changes in the law governing the rules and organization of the Promotion that significantly affect the rights and obligations of the Organizer and the Promotion Participants;

b. shortening the period of validity of the Promotion related in particular to the exhaustion of stocks of products covered by the Promotion;

c. a change in the way the Promotion is conducted due to technical or technological reasons.

7. Clients will be informed about changes to the Terms and Conditions in accordance with the provisions of § 1 section 4 of the Terms and Conditions.

8. The Regulations enter into force on 12.12.2024.

„LOT"

§1 GENERAL PROVISIONS
1. The organizer of the promotion called "LOT", hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion" is Zeme Pharm Anna Mrowińska, al. Jana Chrystiana Szucha 3 lok. 2, 00-580 Warsaw, REGON 300281484 e-mail: [email protected] (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").
2. The promotion called "LOT" will be valid from 1.12.2024 – 31.01.2025 till 23:59 (the "Term").
3. The place of the Promotion is an online store operating at samarite.eu (the "Online Store").
4. The promotion includes a discount of 30% (in words: thirty percent) on all non-discounted products listed in § 2 section 1 of the Promotion Regulations, which will be available in the Online Store.
5. Customers will receive information about the Promotion, its rules and dates on Facebook and Instagram @samariteoriginal and in the newsletter

§2 CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION
1. 3. The discount referred to in § 2 section 2 of the Regulations is granted to the Customer (regardless of the amount of purchases) only after placing selected products listed in § 2 section 1 of the Regulations and entering the "LOT" discount code by the Promotion Participant.
4. The promotion is valid only if the Customer makes purchases through the samarite.eu website.
5. The promotional offer cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts offered by the Organizer, in particular it is not combined with a discount granted in connection with the subscription to Newsletter.
6. These Terms and Conditions are the only document defining the rules of the Promotion. All content contained in advertising and promotional materials regarding the Promotion is for informational purposes only.

„NEWSLETTER"

§1 DEFINITIONS

Organizer - Anna Mrowińska conducting business under the name of Anna Mrowińska Zeme Pharm with registered office in Warsaw, Al. J. CH. Szucha 3/2 (00-580), NIP: 9680876255, REGON: 300281484.
Goods/products - a movable item or movable items being the subject of an agreement of sale in the Online Store and covered by the Promotion;
Promotion - an offer for the sale of Goods under the "NEWSLETTER" promotion, prepared by the Organizer according to the rules indicated in the Regulations below.
Participant - a Consumer or Prosumer who purchases Goods under the Promotion;
Consumer - a person who purchases the Goods without direct connection with his/her business or professional activity (according to Article 221 of the Civil Code).
Entrepreneur-consumer, Prosumer - a person who performs legal actions with the Organizer directly related to his/her business activity, when the content of this legal action indicates that it is not of a professional nature, resulting in particular from the subject of the business activity performed by the entrepreneur-consumer, available in the Central Register of Business Activity (CEIDG);
Store - online store www.samarite.eu
Rules and Regulations - these Regulations specifying the terms and conditions for the purchase of Goods in the Store under the Promotion.
§2 PRINCIPLES OF THE PROMOTION
The Promotion Participant is entitled to a discount of 15% on care products currently available in the Store.
The discount is calculated from the current regular prices in force at the Organizer after the Promotion Participant enters the discount code received after signing up for the Samarité newsletter.
The Promotion covers Goods currently available in the Store, being the subject of the Store's offer not covered by any discount or promotion.
Clients will receive information about the Promotion Action, its rules in the newsletter.
Participation in the Promotion is determined by the date of conclusion of the sales agreement in the Store.
The Promotion applies to the purchase of Products only through the Store after simultaneous entry of the discount code made available in the e-mail sent after confirming the e-mail address when signing up for the newsletter. In particular, the Promotion does not include Goods sold by intermediaries or distributors.
Participation in the Promotion is voluntary. Participant is required to read the Terms and Conditions before entering the Promotion. Participation in the Promotion implies simultaneous acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
The promotional offer shall not be combined with other promotions or discounts offered by the Organizer.
Each Participant is entitled to participate in the Promotion once during the Promotion period.

These Terms and Conditions are the only document defining the rules of the Promotion. Any content contained in advertising and promotional materials relating to the Promotion is for information purposes only.
The provisions of these Regulations do not affect or limit the right of complaint relating to warranty or guarantee or other generally applicable law.
The rules for handling complaints and return of products purchased under the Promotion are set forth in the Regulations of the Online Store, available at www.samarite.eu in the Promotion Regulations tab.
Matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the relevant provisions of the Regulations of the Online Store www.samarite.eu and generally applicable laws.
The rules of processing personal data of Promotion Participants in connection with the use of the Promotion are described in the Privacy Policy on the website www.samarite.eu .
The Promotion Organizer reserves the right to change the Promotion Terms and Conditions in case of a material reason understood as:
a. change of legal regulations governing the rules and organization of the Promotion significantly affecting the rights and obligations of the Organizer and Promotion participants;
b. shortening of the term of the Promotion related in particular to depletion of stocks of products included in the Promotion;
c. change of the manner of conducting the Promotion due to technical or technological reasons.
The Regulations shall come into force on 20.11.2023.
