2. The promotion called "SET" will be valid from March 19, 2026, to April 6, 2026, 11:59 PM, or while supplies last ("Validity Period").

4. The Promotion includes a discount on the products indicated in §2 of these Promotion Terms and Conditions, which are available in the Online Store.

4. The Promotion is valid only if the Participant makes purchases via the website www.samarite.eu.
5. The promotional offer cannot be combined with other discount promotions or discount codes, and in particular, cannot be combined with the discount granted in connection with a Newsletter subscription.
6. These Terms and Conditions are the sole document defining the rules of the Promotion. All content contained in advertising and promotional materials regarding the Promotion is for informational purposes only.

6. The Promotion Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions in the event of a material reason, understood as:
a. a change in the law governing the rules and organization of the Promotion, significantly affecting the rights and obligations of the Organizer and Promotion Participants;
b. a shortening of the Promotion period, in particular due to the depletion of products covered by the Promotion;
7. Customers will be notified of any amendments to these Terms and Conditions in accordance with the provisions of § 1, Section 5 of these Terms and Conditions.

2. In case of finalizing the purchase of the products of his/her choice, the Promotion Participant will be entitled to purchase Angel Hair Shampoo 100ml worth 99,99PLN for 0,01 PLN. As a condition for the purchase of Angel Hair Shampoo 100ml for 0.01 PLN, the Promotion Participant must agree in the dedicated information box to add a gift to the shopping cart for 0.01 PLN.

4. The promotional offer does not combine with other discount promotions, in particular it does not combine with the discount granted in connection with the Newsletter subscription.

6. The Promoter of the Promotion reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions in the event of a material cause understood as:
a. change of legal regulations governing the rules and organization of the conduct of the Promotion significantly affecting the rights and obligations of the Organizer and the Promotion Participants;
b. shortening of the term of the Promotion related in particular to running out of stock of the products included in the Promotion;
c. change in the manner of conducting the Promotion due to technical or technological reasons.
7. Customers will be informed of changes to the Terms and Conditions in accordance with the provisions of § 1.4 of the Terms and Conditions.
8. The Regulations shall come into force on 11.02.2026.

2. Promotional Action - a promotional action under the name of "ANKIETA", which consists in enabling Participants to receive a Discount Code under the terms and conditions specified in the Terms and Conditions.
3. Survey - a survey form provided by the Organizer at: https://www.samarite.eu/pl/forms/ankieta, the link to which is additionally sent to persons subscribed to the Organizer's newsletter.
4. Discount Code - a Code given to the Participants as part of the Promotional Campaign reducing the next order placed until 31.03.2026 by the value of PLN 100 on the terms and conditions specified in the Regulations, after completing the Survey within the period specified in the Regulations.
5. Participant - a natural person who meets the conditions for participation in the Promotional Action specified in the Regulations.
6. Consumer - a natural person making a legal transaction with the Organizer not directly related to his/her business or professional activity (Article 22¹ of the Civil Code).
7. Entrepreneur on the rights of a consumer - a natural person concluding an agreement with the Organizer directly related to his/her business activity, when it is clear from the content of this agreement that it is not professional for this person (Article 385⁵ of the Civil Code).
8. Regulations - these regulations.
AND THE MANNER OF CONDUCTING THE PROMOTIONAL ACTION
1. The promotional action, i.e. the actual acceptance of surveys, is organized in the period from 23.02.2026 to 01 March 2026 or until stocks are exhausted, and is conducted in the territory of the Republic of Poland through the website https://www.samarite.eu/pl/forms/ankieta.
2. The deadline for the application is determined by the moment of registration of the application (i.e., filling out and sending a properly completed survey) posted in the regulations of the promotional action on the website https://www.samarite.eu/pl/forms/ankieta and sent to customers subscribed to the newsletter by email.
3. Applications should be submitted and sent in accordance with the provisions of § 3 and 4 of the Regulations.
4. The Organizer is responsible for the implementation and operation of the Promotional Action.
1. The Promotional Action is open and addressed to all persons having a residence or delivery address in the Republic of Poland.
2. The Promotional Action may be participated in by natural persons (Participants) who:
a. make an application and meet the conditions referred to in § 4 of the Regulations;
b. are at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity.
3. Delivery of entries is possible only during the Promotion Action. Applications delivered after the deadline or for other reasons that violate the terms of these Regulations will not participate in the Promotional Action.
4. A participant may submit only one entry during the Promotion Action.
1. The condition for participation in the Promotional Action is the combined fulfillment of the following conditions: correct completion and sending of the completed survey under the terms and conditions specified in § 2-4 of the Terms and Conditions.
2. Application is made via the website https://www.samarite.eu/pl/forms/ankieta by correctly completing the survey provided by the Organizer (hereinafter: "Survey").
3. When completing the Survey, the Participant will be required to provide the following data:
a. first and last name,
b. telephone number,
c. e-mail address,
4. Correctly completing and sending the Questionnaire to the Organizer is a condition for taking part in the Promotional Action.
5. After sending the correctly completed Survey, the Participant will receive a confirmation of its receipt to the e-mail address provided in the Survey.
6. The Organizer shall not be responsible for any faulty completion of the data in the Survey.
7. In case of failure to meet the terms and conditions of the Promotion Action, i.e. defective completion of the Survey, failure to complete the Survey, partial failure to complete the Survey, indication of an incorrect e-mail address, the Organizer will not be obliged to send the Promotion Participant a Discount Code for further purchases.
8. If the Participant uses the Discount Code, the Participant is obliged to pay the price for the ordered products after taking into account the discount and full delivery costs.
1. The Participant who meets the conditions set forth in § 2-4 of the Terms and Conditions will receive the Discount Code referred to in § 1 of the Terms and Conditions.
2. Discount Codes will be awarded in the order of receipt of applications. The order of submission of applications will be determined by the date and time of registration of the submitted Questionnaire with the Organizer.
3. The discount code will be forwarded to the Participants who have fulfilled the conditions of the Promotional Action set forth in § 2-4 of the Regulations, at the expense of the Promotional Action Organizer, to the email address indicated by the Participant in the Survey.
4. The discount code is not exchangeable for cash equivalent or any other form of compensation.
5. The Organizer is not responsible for the failure of the Participant to receive the Discount Code.
6. The Discount Code reduces the value of the order by the amount of PLN 100, provided that the value of the products in the shopping cart (excluding delivery costs) is at least PLN 149.99. If the value of the products in the cart is less than 149,99 PLN, the Discount Code will not be applied and the cart value will not be reduced. The discount does not include delivery costs and does not reduce the cost of delivery.
7. The Discount Code received under the Promotional Action shall not be combined with other discount promotions, promotional actions or other promotional codes, including, in particular, the promotional code granted for signing up for the Organizer's newsletter.
1. Complaints related to the Promotional Action should be submitted in writing or by e-mail. Complaints may be submitted no later than within 7 (seven) business days from the date of termination of the Promotional Action (the date of postmark on the parcel or the date of sending the e-mail shall be decisive) to the Organizer's address indicated in § 1 of the Regulations with the note "Survey" or by e-mail to: customercare@samarite.pl.
2. Complaints submitted after the indicated deadline or in a different form than specified in § 6.1 will not be considered.
3. Personal data provided in connection with a complaint will be processed solely for the purpose of handling and investigating the complaint, and the legal basis for the processing will be the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6.1.f) of the DPA).
4. The complaint should contain the name, surname, exact address of the person making the complaint, as well as a detailed description and reason for the complaint or a photo if necessary.
5. The Participant will be informed of the outcome of the complaint in writing (to the postal or email address provided in the complaint), within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of the complaint by the Organizer.
6. Complaints will be considered by the Organizer. The decisions of the Organizer on the submitted complaint are final.
7. The provisions of the Rules and Regulations of the Store, available at https://samarite.eu/pl/page/regulamin-sklepu, shall apply mutatis mutandis to complaints relating to the Promotional Action received

Pursuant to Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), so-called RODO, we inform that:
a. The administrator of the personal data is Anna Mrowinska, conducting business under the name Zeme Pharm Anna Mrowinska, based in Warsaw (00-580), Aleja Jana Ch. Szucha 3/2, NIP: 9680876255, REGON: 300281484, hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator".
b. in matters related to the processing of personal data, you can contact at e-mail: ado@zemepharm.com or in writing to the Administrator's registered office address indicated in §7.1.
(c) of the Regulations.
2. Processing of personal data takes place:
a. in order to correctly select the persons participating in the Promotional Action;
b. for the purpose of proper processing of the data of persons participating in the Promotional Campaign, including, in particular, for the purpose of granting the Discount Code and in connection with the Organizer's obligations as a payer of lump-sum personal income tax;
c. for complaint, collection, contact and marketing purposes;
d. for purposes related to activity̨ as a loyal customer including sending an email requesting to give feedback on the Product;
3. Personal data will be processed if:
a. the data subject has consented to the processing of his/her personal data for one or more specified purposes pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO;
b. the processing is necessary for the proper processing of the Participant's data in connection with participation in the Promotional Action in accordance with the Terms and Conditions to which the data subject is subject, or to take action at the request of the Participant to which the data subject is subject prior to entering the Promotional Action, on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO;
c. processing is necessary for the fulfillment of a legal obligation incumbent on the controller, in particular tax and accounting obligations on the basis of Article 6(1)(c) RODO;
d. the processing is necessary for the purposes of complaints, debt collection, contact (in particular, answering questions) and direct marketing as the realization of the administrator's legitimate interest on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) RODO.
4. Only authorized employees / associates / subcontractors involved in the preparation and execution of the Promotional Campaign, including employees of the Marketing, Promotion, Statistics, Customer Service and Sales, Accounting departments, the company running the website, the company running the logistics service, printing companies, courier companies and call centers have access to personal data.
5. Personal data will not be transferred to third countries outside the European Economic Area or to international organizations.
6. Personal data will be processed during and after the Promotional Campaign for as long as required̨ by applicable law and as long as necessary to establish the investigation or defense of claims.
7. Participants in the Promotional Action are entitled to:
a. access to their personal data (Article 15(1) RODO),
b. receive a copy of their personal data (Article 15(3) RODO),
c. correct or update personal data (Article 16 RODO),
d. erasure of personal data, if, in the opinion of the Participant in the Promotion, there are no grounds for the Administrator to process the data, Participants may request that the Administrator erase the data (Article 17 RODO),
e. to restrict the processing of personal data (Article 18 RODO),
f. withdraw consent at any time to the extent that it is the basis for the processing of personal data. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that was performed on the basis of consent before its withdrawal (Article 7(3) RODO),
g. to portability of their personal data, i.e. to receive from the Administrator information about the processed personal data, in a structured, universally recognized machine-readable format, to the extent that the Participants' data are processed for the purpose of participating in the Promotional Action or on the basis of consent (Article 20 RODO),
h. not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling (Article 22 RODO),
i. to file a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if the Participant believes that the processing of personal data concerning the Participant violates the provisions of the RODO.
8. If the basis for the processing of personal data is the legitimate interest of the Administrator, Participants have the right to object to the processing of personal data (Article 21 of the RODO).
9. In order to exercise the rights set forth in § 7.7-8 of the Regulations, please contact the Data Protection Officer at the following email address: ado@zemepharm.com, or in writing to the Administrator's registered office address indicated in § 8.1(a).
10. Provision of data is voluntary, but failure to do so will result in the inability to participate in the Promotional Action.
1. These Terms and Conditions are available a website www.samarite.eu/pl under the "Survey" Promotion Regulations.
2. Violation of the Terms and Conditions by the Participant or providing false data shall be the basis for excluding the Participant from participation in the Promotional Action.
3. A person who, in connection with the Promotional Action, has violated the rights or good name of the Organizer or who, in order to obtain a Discount Code, has taken actions contrary to the intention of the Promotional Action and the rules of social coexistence, including exploiting loopholes in the Organizer's computer system, will also be subject to exclusion.
4. The Organizer shall not be liable for any irregularities in the realization of the services covered by the Promotional Action caused by the Participant's provision of false or incomplete data.
5. The Promotional Action is not organized or co-organized, as well as not sponsored or supported by the Instagram and Facebook social networks or their operator, and is not associated with the Instagram and Facebook social networks or their operator in any other way.
6. The Organizer reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions and to extend the duration of the Promotional Action, as well as to shorten the Promotional Action.

4. Participant - a Consumer or Prosumer who purchases the Goods under the Promotion;
5. Consumer - a person who purchases the Goods without direct connection with his/her business or professional activity (according to Article 221 of the Civil Code).

Entrepreneur-consumer, Prosumer - a person who performs legal actions with the Organizer directly related to his/her business activity, when from the content of this legal action it follows that it does not have a professional character, arising in particular from the subject of the business activity performed by the entrepreneur-consumer, made available in the Central Register of Business Activity (CEIDG);

8. Rules and Regulations - these regulations defining the terms and conditions for the purchase of Goods in the Store under the Promotion.
1. The Participant of the Promotion is entitled to a discount of 15% on care products currently available and Angel Hair Shampoo 300ml in the Store, subject to paragraphs 2-4.
2. The promotional offer does not combine with other discount promotions and is not valid for kits available in the Store.
3. The discount is calculated from the current regular prices in effect at the Organizer after the Promotion Participant enters the discount code received after signing up for the Samarité newsletter.
4. The Promotion covers Goods currently available in the Store, being the subject of the Store's offer not covered by any discount or promotion.

b. the necessity to shorten the term of the Promotion, in particular in case of depletion of stocks of the Goods covered by the Promotion;
