Returns and Complaints

RETURNS:

The customer has the right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. We give the Customer a full refund, including the delivery costs, immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which the Store was informed of the return decision. All details regarding returns of goods are available in Terms and Conditions section on our website (point VI)

COMPLAINTS:

Complaints should be sent via e-mail to the following address: customerservice@samarite.eu, or by post to the following address: Zeme Pharm, al. Jana Chrystiana Szucha 3 lok. 2, 00-580 Warsaw. We undertake to review each complaint within 14 days, and in case it is not possible, inform the Customer within this period of the approximate date the complaint will be considered.
